History[]
Vulcan was first seen in the library where Chipz inquires about information of The culling. There alongside Tera and Miles corner Chipz in the library just to be interrupted by The Proctorate.
Personality[]
As a true vampire he doesn't seem to have Half blood in high regard as we saw in the few interactions that he had with Chipz before the culling.
