Who is Tobi?[]
Tobi formerly served the Waifuwehr of the Federal Republic of Germany as an Officer of the Jägertruppe.
Tobi's Backstory[]

Before Birth:
Tobias' ancestors have moved back to Russia within the 1980s, due to personal reasons that have remained to be unknown and/or classified to the public. From there on would they serve the Russian government and fulfill their duty to the fullest.
Birth to present:
Ever since his birth, the young boy was trained by his father and by a personal coach to become a very tough fighter, and to keep on going, no matter if his body fails his will or not. However, he sought to find peace whenever he can, gaining lots of knowledge around many things, such as the local culture, history of Europe, and so on. Within time, Tobias' father died of lung cancer which caused him to act chaotic and ended up going down a way of illegal activities such as unauthorized personal security, drug dealing, and in rare cases, assassinations. His mother eventually found out about his treacherous doings and called the police for the sake of her son's safety. After finding out about this, he killed his mother during the call, even though it has been too late. From there on, the next thing he heard was a good amount of individual sirens all around the apartment he was in, not knowing what else to do, other than defend himself with whatever he had within the property he lives in. Without a second thought, Tobias decides to scavenge out the drawers within the rooms he was able to get into without any risks of being shot at from the outside and has a few small arms to defend himself the best he could. After a long siege that would last over 30 hours, and as the police would storm into his apartment, Tobias' wolf genes were kicking in due to the amount of adrenaline and the fact that he cornered into a tiny amount of space, which ended up killing an official count of at least 8 police officers and injuring another 20 before succumbing to his wounds, where even then would he refuse to give up fighting.
After his arrest, his genetic anger and strength would still rage on, giving the Russian police an extremely difficult time to restrain him properly. Even with his wounds, he would still resist going along with the police with ease and would keep on attempting to slaughter as many as he could. Even with his complete isolation from any living being, nobody has ever known as to why his rage began and why his thirst for blood was so infinitely large. After lots of failing interrogations and analyzing from the highest government, he was given the chance to either gain a second chance to keep living by being recruited and serve the elite level of the Spetsnaz due to his special genetics or to die and become a potential for future experimentations. For a moment, despite his pure rage, Tobias thought of his parents only wanting his best and to strive off his ancestry. They never realized that the ancestry's extreme genetics were within him, which ended up being used in an evil way. After realizing and regretting his actions, he thought for a second and then decided to join the elite Spetsnaz forces, swearing to himself to live on, no matter the sacrifice he would have to endure.
After a long, tough, and intense training, Tobias kept going to learn and train as much as he could, no matter his limits. He would end up becoming both the most knowledgeable of his battalion and the flawlessly most cunning and resilient of them all. However, it wouldn't be long until many Russians would start to question the current overall and economical situations. Due to this, Tobias tried his best to keep on clinging to what he had left, which were his comrades within his Spetsnaz unit. Unfortunately for him, one of his comrades, by the name of Alexej Brommanov, has become already rogue and was already dealing in great numbers towards insurgents and enemies against both Russia itself and the free world. Both he and Tobias were alone, however, and quickly started to have a duel against each other, using nothing else other than their bare hands to settle all of this. His pure rage ignited again, almost annihilating his former comrade he fought all these years with. Before almost killing him, Tobias looked at him in the eyes, as he held Alexej's neck while pinning him on the wall within the outpost outside the barracks, knowing that killing him wouldn't get him anywhere. Thus, he let Alexej go, never knowing whether he made the right choice or not, and called for reinforcements of his comrades.
After having faced such a calamity, Tobias got his best contacts and his higher-ups to find an alternative life outside of his current one. After a few weeks, his highest chief took pity on him and gave Tobias the opportunity to join the German Waifuwehr where he then he would be able to be cleared off everything he has done. Tobias didn't know how to ever have responded to such kindness from his commanding officer, and at least saluted him, before through lots of paperwork and then entering German territory as a military officer of the paratrooper unit. Within a short time and effort, Tobias has become a General of the Fallschirmjägertruppe, a rapid response force, and would serve for as long as he would live while also serving to protect his now known wife Soma T. Adler. Though from here on, he would never decline a chance to kill or capture Alexej for his actions and his betrayal...
