The Ugandan War of 2018 was a VRChat-wide conflict that began in December 2017 and ended approximately February 2018. The vast majority of the VRChat community was affected by the conflict, as the Ugandans spread among many worlds. The conflict saw the direct and indirect rise of many military roleplay groups.
The War was the bloodiest war in VRChat History. There were thousands of deaths on both sides and an Ebola epidemic coincided with the war. Many groups took action to contain the Knuckles, including the Project H Hoppous, The Marching Kitty Band, the Penguins, the Kannas, the Loli Army, and the Buff Bois, one major battle was fought at a McDonalds, with the Hoppous and Kittens at the front lines. All of these fronts were part of The Ugandan War of 2018.

Do you know de way (original)
The war started by the Ugandan leader Gaztons after he donned a Ugandan Knuckles model based off of a video and begun acting as the Knuckles in the video. As the Ugandan Knuckles meme spread, many followed him and repeating his actions, soon having a presence in many worlds.
The Ugandan Knuckles were seen as a nuisance by many due to the way they acted and the sounds they made to annoy other VRChat users. Many groups would declare an anti-Knuckles policy and soon there an organized effort to end the "Ugandan Menace".
After the conflict began the main anti-Ugandan side was made of Imperial Waifu Division, Band Of Waifus, Kanna Gang, Project H Hoppous, The Marching Kitty Band, the Penguins, and the Loli Army.
Resolution[]
The war ended when a Corey in the House house ran in and confused everyone. but most agree that it was actually that the meme died. Some people continue to fight even after the Ugandans surrendered leading to a genocide of the Ugandan people. The war never had a peace treaty between the parties leading some to believe that the war is not over.
