The Row (formerly known as Callous Row) lies in the eternal darkness in the shadows of the large metropolis Salvation City. Inhabitants call it "The Row" with cautions regard, while Upper City folk simply call it the slums. Many inhabitants of the Row know nothing more than living in this dangerous and lawless place.
When the row isn't being persecuted by the Mega-corporations or controlled by the upper class, survival is the main priority for most here.
For Season 2, The Row has an added scrapyard area, a strange technology worshipping church, and a garage for hover-bikes and hover-cars.
