What are Smackles?[]
Smackles are the original Ugandan Knuckles that ran around VRChat. The Smackles are descent of the 1st Ugandan Knuckles tribe except they are decimated and badly weight painted to bones where when they speak, one of their eyes stretches out. they were replaced by Knuckles we know today. but some still exist. The smackles are more durable then their Knuckles brothers. They are still around with the Knuckles.
Trap-Chan Era (Mid-2017 til Late December 2017)[]
Ugandan Smackles was created by Trap-Chan in 2017 for the Knuckles Sing meme that was going on before Ugandan Knuckles meme took over and today is known for the famous saying "Do u kno de wey?" In late December, Trap-Chan took the models down from VRChat due to the growing amounts of users being toxic in public worlds and figuring that his friends would turn on him for creating the avatar.
Toxic Uganda Era (Summer 2018 til Present Day)[]
The avatars became noticable again with the creation of Toxic Uganda in early summer of 2018 as Legoman99573 took on the challenge of working with the avatar after asking Trap-chan and got approval from him to work with the avatar and could make the public without Trap-Chan getting the heat for it again. Legoman knew he would be taking a small risk in his social life in VRChat, but knew he would get around it just fine as most of his friends were from Ebola 2.0 and Epic Squad and would have a small amount of people, being anti ugandan knuckles groups or individuals in his friends list, would unfriend him, crash him everytime he joins his own world, and/or straight up try to get his world removed from VRChat without any reasoning behind it.
How Smackles Work[]
Unlike the Monochrome and TidiestFlyer variants, where you can use your regular voice to sound like a Ugandan Knuckles, most of the users would have the mic close to their face and the old jaw flap would cause it to flap like crazy, giving a funny look to the character when it speaked due to its left eye stretching while speaking.
