Who is Skylar Theodore Hawk?[]
Skylar Theodore Hawk was a Senior Lieutenant of the FRTM Airforce later down the line becoming Prime Minister. He has Freckles, slight muscle mass. His Mental Traits are Curious-minded, and tries to be cautious-minded as well. He likes Retro computing and video gaming, retro technology historian, vintage military enthusiast. His personality peak tends to be quiet, and keeps to himself. He does, however, care about people in the FRTM, but has trouble approaching others.
Backstory[]
Hailing from a small town in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, he is known for being into retro computing, being that he's into dabbling with Commodore computers and has a curiosity for Soviet-era ZX Spectrum clones. He moved to Russia from the US at a young age, and has expressed interest in joining the Federation of Rossiyskaya Armed Forces. Hawk is also interested in vintage military weapons and technology, and loves vintage Russian war technology. Some examples include MIL and Kamov helicopters, and Antonov transport planes such as the An-22.
Hawk was brought in as Prime Minister of the FRTM after the prior Prime Minister had left. He would continue running under the position of Prime Minister until his death during the PLA bombing of the Kremlin, which had killed other members of the Russian parliament as well. The current Prime Minister of the Russo-Japanese Plurinational Federation, Yukina Nishimura, serves as his current contemporary after his passing, as well as following the merger of the two nations of Russia and Japan.
