ShinpiTekina is the Chief Constable of the Metropolitan Police Service. He takes the appearance of a blue haired kemonomimi-style anthropomorphic bunny. He lives in Texas, USA and plays VRChat on a standalone Quest 3.

Shinpi Tekina joined VRChat on February 14th of 2023. For the first almost year of playing, he socialized and explored, mostly spending time in Furry Talk & Chill, making some friends along the way. On January 25th of 2024, Shinpi discovered the Metropolitan Police Service VRC, stumbling upon the station while exploring worlds. Nervous initially, he joined the group and began to slowly climb the ranks. On March 5th 2024, he became a Junior Trainer in MPS.
Two days later, his training was complete and he became a Trainer. On April 7th, he also became an instigator. Then, on April 11th, he became the assistant lead trainer for S.O.A.R, MPS' swat team, which began operations soon after on the 22nd. After climbing the ranks over several months, when the MPS closed on September 15th, Shinpi had reached the rank of Captain (achieved on August 25th).
On February 3rd, 2025, upon the reopening of MPS, Shinpi was the one chosen to lead the newly reopened group. From then up to present, Shinpi is serving as the Chief Constable (1st in command, leader) of the MPS.
Coming to this point... Is something I never imagined. I started off in this place as a shy individual. Fresh, afraid to meet the people I would soon come to know today. This group of people, as I made my way up, made me become more social. From my time starting in the Training Team, to Events, Instigation, MHS, and even to leading S.O.A.R. at one point. I had nothing but a blast helping where I could.And now, after making my way up to this point, I can't help but thank those who believe in me to see this place runs smoothly. So to those individuals, thank you. For helping me along the way, to even still so now.
