Luna Silver is a strict professor and the head of Crystal Thorn Squad at the Ascension Academy.
While not a surgeon, GP or doctor she is the Staff Nurse in charge at the Academy Infirmary. She grew into her nursing role from her experience on the battlefield.

She gave Irinarya the task of being her nurse assistant at the academy infirmary, being placed under her wing and teaching her.
She treated Melanies strange thermal irregularity condition which causes her to heat up uncontrollably, even in some cases causing magical explosions. The kind that harmed Speca during their duel. Using ice packs she and Irinarya tried to keep her cool until being able to consult Professor Steele about Thermalturgy. [1]
Following Jay Kali being reprimanded by Professor Steele and having his leg shot as punishment she used the opportunity to educate the students in emergency medical aid. Among other things she taught the usefulness of tampons in the related to stop hemorrhage from gunshot wounds.[2]

- Out-of-character she joined the RP relatively late. making her first appearance June 18th, 2019.
- Although it makes a good story, actually using tampons to treat gunshot wounds is an old anecdotal war legend. Even if they can hinder some bleeding in a wound the efficiency is not comparable to field bandaging and restriction of blood-flow to the affected limb using tourniquets. Gunshot wounds also cause internal hemorrhage, something that covering the external wound won't help against.
- It is however true that tampons have been used in emergency situations for wound dressings and possibly saved peoples lives in the real world.
