Lorelei Bliss is a tiefling and teacher at Ascension Academy recruited for the second year to teach defense against the Darkness and enchantment. Her abilities make her particularly useful for keeping the students who often lose control, not of their own will, in line- such as Zachery and Misty. Her honest and genuine personality coupled with what most would consider appealing looks often cause issues that the tiefling, who before the Desert Mission had never experienced any attraction herself, was totally oblivious to.
History and Biography[]
Lorelei was born of a human mother and a demonic father. She lived a sheltered life, trained by her father to use her charm magic. One day she was suddenly aware that she herself was being charmed- or felt as though she was- controlled by her father. So she ran away. She spent some time making enchanted candles that carried various effects and selling them to the wealthy for recreational use, before eventually joining the staff at Ascension Academy as the Charms and Defense against the Darkness teacher.

Trivia[]
- For the first few weeks that she worked for the Academy, Miss Bliss was actually living on a bench outside the student dorms because she had no home and no office or rooms on campus. When Albrecht found out he allowed her to take up temporary residence in his home in Concordia until living arrangements could be handled.
- Miss Bliss and Vevina have an understanding and seem to be on good terms despite charms, Lorelei's main ability, being considered one of the highest heresies and sins to Bugkin culture.
- The other professors and students often comment about Bliss' tendency to spill drinks down her chest- a somewhat meta joke at Kelli because her viewpoint on her model seems to be misaligned so her mouth IRL isn't lined up with her model's mouth.
