Panther is supposedly one of McCuldgers former tribeswomen coming from out in the wasteland.

Seeking shelter she and Bjorn the Bear were welcomed and offered housing in town after they saw McCuldger on Season 2 Episode 8. Together with McCuldger, Bjorn and C3 they went on a short successful run to gather fruits at the oasis.
