Who is Oliver Holtby?[]
Oliver Holtby is a human Guildmaster of the Adventurer's Guild branch on Cari Town. He is a grumpy man but a very responsible one as he is very serious on the matters of the guild. Thanks to the Mayor personality they seem to crash sometimes although it doesn't escalate in anything serious.
