Who is Okaruto[]
Okaruto was a VRChat streamer that started on youtube and then later moved to Twitch and later stopped streaming vrchat for a while for GTA RP but still comes around in VRChat
History and Lore[]
Okaruto Started in VRChat in 2018 as a Okappou (hoppou) in the Group named Project H, and was later known as Pantie Thief Oka of Their own Church called "The Church of Panties"
Trivia[]
- While Lucky's a Neko, Okaruto has bird like wings, possibly hinting that she's infact, a bird. Now is a Neko like their sister
- Has a church dedicated to panties.
