Nina Winters, (Demi-human) Ferret/human hybrid, Corporate, TraVerse, Senior Adviser of Cargo and Transport.

She was sent to Salvation City by both the Crimson Ace and the original head of TraVerse to find lead to the disappearance of Maya Winters.

Origin

Nina Leviathan Winters is a human female that works for TraVerse Corporation as the Senior Logistical Advisory to Bobken Zavakian (aka Mr B).

After relocation to The Row by her boss, Nina has been tasked with all of the shipments that come to and from the Row with the help of the “Mayor”. Over time, she noticed that a lot of unregistered cargo ships have been moving with the registered ones, but she wrote this off as a possible miscommunication error with the company. However, a lot more started showing up and they stayed around for a while. This sparked her interest in adventuring into the infamous “Row”.

• Wondering Wind - people cant hear for a while including the user, smile.
• Water Wall - a wall of water or ice (who knows).

• Astrolgation - allow the use to navigate and track ships with advance GPS and radar systems.
• Black Market Decker - basically helps her bluff through things.
• Back hand Dealer (mid) - Negates the black market Dealer with a -4 to any Sypher deals.

Flaws

• Fero Sight - hates bright lights but can see in dark areas.
• Fero Lungs - lungs are slight smaller then most humans
