Who is Monika E. Wulf?
Monika E. Wulf currently serves the Federal Republic of Germany as the Bundesminister of Foreign Affairs. They formerly served the Waifuwehr of the Federal Republic of Germany as a Generalleutnant and the Oberkommandant of the Heeresaufklärungstruppe.
Monika Erika Wulf von Köln is Lt. General and Cyber Operations General in the United States Space Force. They are currently stationed in Germany as a Foreign Service Officer for the Waifuwehr. They are charged with training and record keeping of the Waifuwehr.
Backstory
Monika Erika Wulf was born in Oakland, Maryland to her father Klaus Victor Wulf. Monkia had a little brother about 5 years younger then her. Monika did decently in school where she learned to speak German. Her great grand-father was famed Fürst Krüger Viktor Wulf von Köln III. Her great grand-father was the Prussian Fürst of Köln, Which means he was party of the elite upper classes of the Great German Waifu Empire. Kruger benefited directly by the conquest of his nation. He had 2 daughters who were Luka Viktoria Wulf & Monika Viktoria Wulf von Köln I . by the time Krüger died, He did not produce a male heir leading to his daughters to fight over his Estate. In this argument, Monika von Köln tried to kill her sister, Luka. Luka was the grand mother of Monika Erika Wulf. Luka fled from Germany to the USA to escape the insanity of her sister and took the second journal of Krüger. Luka moved to the remote city of Oakland, Maryland to hide from her sister. Because of this battle, the Noble titles of the Wulf Family are contested between Monika Erika Wulf's Grand mother and Grand Aunt.
Monika E. Wulf did not know much of her family's past as her grandmother did the stories away from Monika Erika Wulf's father Klaus. Monika E. Wulf applied to and was accepted to Carnegie Mellon University as a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Monika E. Wulf graduated with University Honors. She had trouble finding work in the job space and as a last resort, she enlisted into the US Army and Officer candidate school to become a Cyber Operations Officer. She conducted integrated and synchronized defensive and offensive cyberspace operations by targeting hostile enemy activities and capabilities. They were part of United States Cyber Command. They were transferred by the Department of Defense from Army to the Space Force to service in Space Delta 6 for Defensive cyber operations and to service as the American Representative in a German Project in Bavaria.
She was moved to be stationed in Germany as Foreign Service Officer of Cyber Defense. When she moved to Germany, She met her Grandmother's sister and her Family who were rich and part of elite classes of German culture. Snobs just like her great grand-father was like. She tried to connect with them but they were not interested in getting to know her. She only met them while looking though her great grand-father's service records. She learned more from his records then he learned from her family back in the USA. When she did visit her family in Germany, they gave the first personal journal of Krüger von Köln III as they did not want it anymore as that felt it was cursed. With this journal, She was able learned about many things about the Old Empire and why the military sent her great grand-father to the Artic.
She lived most of her time in Germany in the barracks with the Germans. She knew some German had trouble with it. Her company in Germany helped her learn German. She is still currently serving in Germany and has received some Medals from them. Monika has helped form the CiR of the Waifuwehr.
