Meathamski is a content creator and artist on Twitch and YouTube. In recent meetings, Meathamski has started slowly transitioning to roleplaying more within the Metaverse. The Meat Rack was modeled 95% by Meathamski himself while Unity jank was done by LuciferMStar.

Who is Hamski the character?[]

Hamski the character is an often misunderstood miscreant business man who lives in Lower Zaphira City and runs a bar called The Meat Rack where criminals get a second chance to survive or make up for their mistakes.

History[]

Before Hamski was a successful business owner in Lower Zaphira City, he was a destitute plebeian with nothing to his name, squatting from building to building trying to survive while stealing food, taking odd jobs, and avoiding the cops. His life turned upside down when a 9 foot tall Viking entered the apartment he was squatting in and said "Damn bitch, you live like this?" The viking turned out to be a 900 year old boomer by the name of Gormundr.

Shortly after Gormundr introduced himself, Hamski was arrested for disorderly conduct, squatting in an apartment complex, vandalization, property damage, failure to pay financial institutions, and failure to appear in court, though it wasn't long before Gormundr sent members of the Way of the Fist to bust Hamski out of prison, leaving numerous guards injured.

While showing Hamski the Way of the Fist's Himalayan Mountain Fortress, Gormundr expressed his regrets in front of a statue of someone named Lyra who had saved him from himself. Hamski, seeing a bit of himself in Gormundr, related deeply enough that he IGNORED THE PART WHERE HE SAID HE ATE PEOPLE.

The Way of the Fist would throw Hamski into deep dark holes to get basic supplies for other members and Hamski tried to work as little as possible while at the fortress, barely skimming by.

Eventually, the Way of the Fist was no more and Gormundr hired Hamski to work for the High Hall. Hamski would be relaxing with friends or trying to live a normal life as his new alias when Gormundr would show up and drag him away to ancient pyramids full of skeletal dogs, haunted mansions, synthetic sky retirement homes with malfunctioning AI, and underwater ruins with serpents the size of a skyscraper. Hamski was often times alone, aside from the time Gormundr hired a bunch of crackheads and debutantes from the city of Dallas, Texas to kidnap Hamski's friend because he was bored.

With sheer stupidity, luck, or the will to survive, Hamski would come out the other end singed, maimed, or with sand in his lungs holding the golden goblet, or a crystal skull, or a demonic flame thing, and Gormundr would take the relic and run off to his mansion in the hills leaving Hamski with a measly paycheck and a lifetime of trauma.

Longing for a home of his own and wishing to shelter his adopted bastard alien son, Hamski scouted numerous locations in Lower Zaphira City before finding a nice little alley in Waterfront District. The area was abandoned after a megacorporation invested heavily, killed off all local businesses, and then pulled out realizing it wasn't making them a profit, leaving nothing but crime and garbage in their wake. Hamski and his son slowly made the area their new home using the High Hall's missions to pay for repairs. Hamski pictured the building not just being a home, but a legitimate business, and he paid someone to make a neon sign of a pig with a sign that said "The Meat Rack" on it.

The neon lights brought attention to a once dead neighborhood and soon Hamski was pushed out of his new home by creatures far too dangerous for him to handle, leaving his son behind in the ruckus.

Hamski hired fellow members of the High Hall to breach the building and kill all of the creatures that had taken his son hostage. Two bouncers at the entrance of the bar quickly fell to flamethrowers, machine gun fire, and massive fists. They had no chance. When Hamski entered the bar further, they were interrupted by his son, a birthday cake, and two of Hamskis "employees". It was a birthday party for his son, but the guests were a bunch of rodents. Hamski made the executive decision to kill all of them and clean the place up, but aside from the two monsters at the entrance, the job caused issues with members of the High Hall. A knife was held to Hamskis throat in his janitorial office; If he ever asked for help with such bullshit again, he'd be dead.

After the birthday party massacre, The Meat Rack seemed relatively safe. No one wanted to fuck with the place with the rumors of 9 foot tall vikings, flamethrowers, and miniguns moving in, but Hamski was weak, and if anyone ever found out, he'd lose everything! Hamski's small bar in the worst area of Lower Zaphira City slowly gained traction. It helped that Gormundr took him to places and introduced him to people like Satchi, but eventually Satchi took Hamski hostage to get to Gormundr, and Gormundrsought revenge by hiring Hamski to blow up a Purple Lotus warehouse. Hamski was tasked with taking Fable Anders hostage to get information about a warehouse but the job got turned upside down when Hamski hired a bunch of hobos to beat up Fable, not knowing that Fable was a weird mystical amalgamation of... something. Punching him hurt like hell! Fable bolted with the assistance of Ion and eventually gave Hamski the location of an abandoned warehouse. Gormundr called Hamski after the botched job and informed him that if he didn't DEAL WITH the people he hired, he'd be in deep shit with Satchi. Hamski reluctantly popped his murder cherry and killed the four individuals he had hired. Unbeknownst to them, Satchi knew about the warehouse and didn't care. Gormundr was happy with the business transaction he had made with his friend Satchi, and both Satchi and Gormundr both threatened to stick Hamski in a golden paper shredder if he talked.

Hamski spent long nights regretting his decision to kill the people he had hired, but felt like he had no choice in the matter. He continued to work for the high hall, and jokingly called himself a professional hostage because Satchi had compensated Gormundr for the hostage situation. Hamski guilted Gormundr into giving him 100k. Hamski put it all into The Meat Rack, wanting to change who he was and give people a chance to be more than they used to be. But this plan was to be soon disrupted once more, with the arrival of a group angered by the metaverse.

A pirate crew from another universe stormed the Meat Rack, mortally wounding numerous employees while Hamski put his gun down to try and negotiate realizing that they stood no chance. Admiral Luna Kasai threatened Hamski and hauled him away after saying exactly why they had come. "GORMUNDR."

The Black Ram took Hamski to their universe and Hamski was held hostage, tortured, and questioned for 3 weeks straight on a ship in the ocean with no escape. Hamski tried his best to not spill the beans on Gormundr or the High Hall after thinking about how he had said so many things the last time Satchi had taken him hostage, but eventually slipped when the Admiral threatened the Meat Rack and the Waterfront District. Hamski revealed that Gormundr had no soul and he was just a human, despite his stature. The admiral attempted to recruit Hamski into the crew, refusing to let him go home, and having no real escape aside from death, Hamski reluctantly accepted. The Zaphiran man trained, mined, smelted, fished, and wore their pirate garb as a pugilist of the Black Ram. Hamski related to the Admiral when she told him about who she was in the past. She told him why she wanted Gormundr. How he had killed 40 of her people by leaking their location to Satchi after Calypso was kidnapped.

After three weeks, Gormundr finally arrived in a blaze of glory, killing every Black Ram marauder and pugilist he saw... but Hamski had grown attached to some of those pirates and had mixed emotions. The Admiral paraded Hamski in the Black Ram outfit out in front of Gormundr, and Gormundr, suspicious of the pirate garb, threatened to not take Hamski home if he didn't cut the Admirals head off. Choosing to finally stand up for himself and not be a pawn on the Admiral or Gormundr's checkerboard, Hamski chose to fight the man who originally trained him. Gormundr struck Hamski harder than he had ever struck Hamski before.. fracturing and breaking many of Hamskis bones before pushing him into a portal. Hamski landed on his head in a desert in a random universe and had no choice but to walk on his injured limbs to survive. Aided by an ex-gang member hiding from his old life in the desert, Hamski arrived back home to find one of his staff members in control of the Meat Rack.

PTSD, visions of the Admiral in his head, and fear of losing his own place from his own friend drove Hamski mad while recovering and his disdain for Gormundr grew as he realized how Gormundr had heartlessly thrown him into dangerous situations without a qualm. But Gormundr was also the only person that gave Hamski a chance to be more than himself.

The Black Ram declared war on the metaverse and The Meat Rack was in direct line of sight at the Waterfront District. The quarantine zone in the Waterfront District housed many zombie-like psionic creatures, and fearing the Black Ram would attack the bubble and cause a huge problem in Lower Zaphira City, Hamski demanded a role in the fight against the Black Ram. Swarms of Black Ram Yutay fish people attacked the Meat Rack and Waterfront District for weeks on end while Hamski slowly crushed his desire to not kill people as he saw more and more of his people get injured. However, he knew that hesitating in the war would cost him and his people his life.

During a conversation with Paddy, Hamski was told that they saw a vision of the admiral in dirty clothes.. "A soldier walked up to her. He said "You will never see anything of this world. Because you are worthless. Go die in the cold." Hamski's heart sunk for the Admiral and then anger and fear for himself when he realized he couldn't kill the Black Ram if the time came.

The day the final battle came, the battle was utter chaos. Hamski's only thought was to get his group together and make sure they were safe, but they were all scattered. A cannonball struck the ground near him and shrapnel as well as slashes to the side overwhelmed him. Previous trauma caused him to have a panic attack in the middle of the battlefield. Seeing this, his employee, Taranto, put him on his motorcycle and took him to medical care. Hamski woke up struggling to breathe, as his panic attack hadn't subsided and his vision was blurred; he could not even see 8 feet in front of him. Hamski refusing to stay down in the most important fight of his life got back up when a Lilac mentioned a ZPD member he had met was out on the battlefield and needed help.

The Lilac led him out to the field but to his dismay, the Admiral was on the beach and gave chase. Hamski ran, panting and struggling to breathe, but the Admiral kept on his tail. Eventually Hamski decided he didn't want to be someone who was going to run from every problem he ever had, and remembering what Paddy had said about the vision of the Admiral, tried to talk some sense into them. The Purple Lotus employee JC came up from behind unbeknownst to Hamski and put a shield up, probably saving Hamskis life in that moment. Hamski seeing a bit of himself in the admiral and realizing this was a mistake he could make in the future.. he tried to get through to the admiral. "You're not worthless. You don't have to die in the cold. Go home and we can start over." Upset at his words and calling Hamski a coward for his unwillingness, the Admiral challenged Hamski to a fight. Hamski, refusing to run, told JC to leave and fought the Admiral, but the Admiral was better than him in every way and eventually chopped his leg off before Kaiga and others arrived on the scene to rout her. Kane carried Hamski away and loaded him onto the evac helicopter.

The events of the Black Ram War were wiped from peoples memories after the Tower of Champions wish caused people to forget about the Black Ram, but the emotions and long lasting effects lingered in Hamski regardless.
