Origin[]
Mateo Dengra is a human slummer residing in the Air District of the Undercity. With a silver tongue and a sharp eye, he currently makes a living off of finding elicit goods for his various clients. These goods can range anywhere from illegal substances to information as he charms his way through the crowds and back alley deals of Savior City.
While his operations may be of dubious moral character, and he may appear self-interested at first meeting, he does live by a code that has allowed him to survive thus far. His family has a legacy to uphold that has now fallen on his shoulders as he navigates the dangerous terrain and challenges that present themselves.
