Who is Laura?[]
Laura currently serves the Waifuwehr of the Federal Republic of Germany as an Enlisted Member of the Jägertruppe.
She is a small shy girl from the middle of nowhere in Finland. Even though she hates modern Finland with a burning passion, she still loves the culture of her past and deeply respects the history of the nation.
Laura's Backstory[]

She prefers to be called Häyhä, as she only lets people closest to her (AKA no one) call her Tulikko as it's the only thing left of her past, and she will go out of her way to correct you no matter the situation. Even though she prefers the name Häyhä, it is a fairly difficult name to say, so she usually instructs people to just call her Laura.
Laura Ilmo Häyhä was born on February 21st 2003 as the only child in a small household of rare black foxes in Kittilä near Kumputunturi. She lived as a hunter/farmer with her father and mother, and had close to zero contact with the outside world during her time there. Her father gave her intense training in survival and hunting in the harsh Finnish winter, as hunting trips go for weeks without finding any game and she was never allowed to return empty handed.
Laura has always been fascinated by the northern lights and would spend almost all of her free time gazing at them from the top of Kumputunturi thus her mother giving her the nickname Tulikko, meaning the fox of the northern lights. She also has a strong interest in the military due to her father constantly rambling about her great grandfather's war stories.
Her great grandfather was an accomplished captain in the Finnish army. Because of growing up adoring her great grandfather and hunting with his old service rifle, Laura had always wanted to volunteer to the Finnish Defence Forces as a marksman.
On October 18th 2019 when Laura was 16 she went to her usual stargazing spot to relax a bit after a hunting trip, and after a while she saw a rocket soaring through the air and hitting near to her house where her father and mother were currently in. She ran as fast as she could back to her house, but it was engulfed in flames after being hit by a stray submunition from the rocket.
She ran into her house looking for her parents and found her mother lying on the kitchen floor, but her father was nowhere to be found. She decided to try and get her mother out of the building, but she got hit in the face with a burning log that swung off the roof. As the roof was about to entirely collapse she decided to just make a run for it and abandon her mother.
Having no home to go to or any family left and no way to contact anyone, she ended up wandering alone in the cruel northern winter, surviving with all the knowledge that she had gotten from her father.
On March 13th she had found her way to the city of Inari where she was taken in by the CPS. She later found out that the rocket that destroyed her house was a major error made by the Finnish Defense Forces in a nationwide combat exercise, thus Laura ended up hating the very country she had wished to dedicate her life to.
Even after losing everything she had, Laura managed to keep her spirits up and decided to search of a new purpose in her life. She ended up choosing to learn English and going on to serve another country. The moment Laura turned 18 she moved out to Germany and applied for citizenship.
She passed for German citizenship and immediately joined the Waifuwehr. In the Waifuwehr she showed excellent marksmanship and survival skills and ended up joining the Jägertruppe as a marksman.
