"Shit."
Background[]
Personality:[]
Jameson has three main moods that he is in, one is constant anxiety attacks and being way more afraid of anything than he has any right being, which was the most prominent first appearing in the multiverse, and whenever he is in a new area. The second is more of a lax “Fuck it why the hell not.” Kind of a mood where he finds no point in deciphering anything anymore and feels as though life is almost meaningless in that moment, and the last is one is typically regarded as his smartest, he talks fast and jumps from one idea to the next as if his train of thought had been derailed. This is where most of his best work is done if he can focus himself.
Relationships:[]
Following an attack by an individual named Rellik that ended up with him being paralyzed from the hips down, Jameson met an individual by the name of Arlington Wells, the CEO of Wayward industries who would go on to be one of his best friends. Speaking of best friends, He made a visit to the Armory League's mansion where he met Dr. Axel Price. Price is a polar bear merged with a human, with a similar age, an intrest in pop culture and video games and equally as fearful of anything and everything metaverse related. They instantly became very close with each other and formed a strong friendship that has withstood the test of time. Another occurrence at the Armory league mansion resulted in a little girl looking no more than 8 years old, who was in reality about a few days old appearing on the grounds. The little girl was a humanoid orange creature who he later adopted to give her a home. After she became deathly ill her mind was transferred into a homunculi which she now lives in, just as human as her father.
Mental state:[]
Jameson has a mind and will of steel and is hard to conform to people’s control, he knows what he wants usually and typically will have no problems with risking something for the sake of scientific knowledge. He cares deeply for the people around him, and will go to great lengths to protect that of which he cares about. He has moments of slight haphephobia at times though it has been dealt and coped with, but it had never truly disappeared. Following an attack by a character named Rellik that resulted in numerous injuries, he has moments of post traumatic stress when asked about the subject of it, and can even have occasional pains in his abdomen upon recalling the events.
Weaponry:[]
Although having great knowledge in the field of creating weaponry, he does not equip weapons on his exosuits for a majority of the time, out of morals. He believes it’s useless to protect himself against other people if he himself is simultaneously a danger to the people he protects himself from. This is soon to change as the world around him begins to feel increasingly more dangerous, forcing him to weaponize to protect himself.
Abilities:[]
Jameson’s is highly incapable of magic attacks, and upon being in a room where mana has been used it will result in nausea and minor aches throughout his body, continued exposure could eventually lead to a fatality. He is fairly weak unless he is building things because he simply cannot appear as a strong person around others no matter how hard he tries.
Love life:[]
Jameson has had a fairly average life when it comes to relationships, he has been in multiple, usually they didn’t work out well and eventually he nearly gave up on finding anyone, deciding it was easier to put more effort into working and learning.
School life:[]
Jameson was a very good scholar, he never skipped a grade though, as he was given the chance but refused, so he could learn everything and be good at the things he was taught each year, and help those who needed as most of the kids in his class were lacking in the intelligence department. He went to MIT on scholarship and got his PhD in engineering. This was one of the few programs he decided to become an accelerated student for as he knew most of the things being taught and took finals early, the teachers adored him most of the time and most believed he could do it, and he did.
Backstory:[]
Jameson had a very standard childhood although he was showing signs of his genius from birth, he was an only child, his father’s side of the family was filled with engineers and scientifically inclined people, as his mother’s side had a bit more of a militaristic side, with many people in the Air Force. Both of his parents were on the older side, in their 50s as of having him. In his energetic youth he probably ended up taking a few years off of each of their lives with the amount of stress and problems he caused around the house. He participated in many STEM activities, which enriched his life with more technological knowledge than he ever needed. By age 13 he had built and operated his own radio system, by 17, a crude cell tower that almost ended in a lawsuit with the internet company. And when he was 19 he built his first actual computer, not exactly trusting himself to put everything in correctly, but after everything he had built beforehand it was a piece of cake. He got his PhD when he was 23, and began work with a popular tech company with a hilarious amount of people working with an extremely low work ethic, when he turned 24, he considered joining the AirForce after the passing of his mother at the age of 78, then his father 3 months after, presumably from heartbreak. Their deaths were very painful for him but only made him want to work harder in honor of them. Whilst he was on the website for the Air Force, typing in his information to join the force when he heard a boom from outside, upon exiting he found a small cylindrical container that he opened up to find his dimensional transportation system he uses to get around today. He still has no idea where it came from or how it got to him in the first place.
