Origin[]
Isaac is from Aranheim, the "dying" city. The city has been in a state of decline for years, which was accelerated by a major attack which occurred 6 years ago.

Strengths[]
- Marksman’s Eye - The device Isaac wears can also act as built in magnification. This allows him to use it as a spyglass to see far distances, or use weapons like a rifle without needing a scope. Long range combat is his specialty.
- Ironclad Will - Isaac has had to stare death in the face ever since he was a young man. The people of Aranheim refused to flee from their homes, but instead banded together to challenge the creatures of the dark to take it back. Isaac’s mental fortitude is harder to break than most other people given his upbringing.
- Nimble - Because of fighting at a distance, having to climb up damaged or destroyed buildings, or traverse dodgy terrain to gain a vantage point became a necessity. Isaac is better at maintaining his balance, and can move through terrible conditions much easier than others could.
- Field Repair - If equipment is found or damaged and it isn’t too far gone, Isaac has a chance to get it into a working state again. This is especially helpful for things like guns and radios for example.
Weaknesses[]
- Shattered Sight - During an assault by the magical beasts a supply vehicle was destroyed and the resulting explosion shattered the scope of Isaac’s rifle, tearing into his eyes. His eyes were repaired as best as the doctors could manage, but now requires the large scoped mask he wears to see normally. If his mask is ever removed, he is considered blind to his surroundings until it is put back on. The price paid for fighting for your home.
- Phantom Pain - Isaac’s left leg was torn from his body from the knee down by a beast. While it has been replaced with an artificial leg, Isaac can only run short distances before the phantom pain becomes too much and must slow down.
- Only the basics - Isaac has trouble fighting in CQC due to his injuries. A bayonet on a rifle, or a combat knife is about all he can manage, failing that he’s going to have a bad time.
- Shadows - Isaac has had to fight for 6 years against enemies that have used the dark to their advantage. Because of this, being alone in the dark puts him on edge very quickly. Doesn’t matter if that dark place is in a fully protected area away from any real dangers, that feeling of tension never goes away anymore.
