Who is IceFoxx?[]
'IceFoxx' is a roleplayer in VRChat most known for portraying the character referred to as 'Scuffed WiFi'.
'Scuffed WiFi' was the main suspect in the investigation for murder of WiFiPunk.
Recently he became a regular at The Golden Gator and earned the nickname "Flannel Guy".

History and Background[]
Scuffed WiFi[]
Almost a month following WiFiPunk's murder the investigation got new fuel when WiFi from a disembodied voice suddenly called Roflgator on Oct 29th, 2018 offering him clues. Some clues pointed towards IceFoxx also referred to as "Scuffed WiFi" as he shares some resemblance and usually wears a shirt with WiFi's name on it.
Mute Max attacks Scuffed Wifi together with Dante and Vexrathus
He was tracked down and cornered by Mute Max, Dante and Vexrathus where they beat him bloody and battered.
He was captured and put in prison at the local police station where he was tortured by CDMan but he never admitted to the murder.
On Nov 5th, 2018 he admitted to attempting to murder WiFi and made a deal with Roflgator. In exchange for silence and his release from prison he would use his hacking abilities to remove a virus that had infected Crake. Although promising silence Rob leaked his admission to Emery who also heard it.
Scuffed WiFi stabbed by a Shadow Person
He was apprehended by The Undertaker who used his Tombstone Piledriver move to beat him down. Later that night he was stabbed by a Shadow Person and in his last dying words told that he was paid 20 grand by Buza to kill WiFi. If he was telling the truth remains unknown.
Flannel guy[]
He started regularly visiting the The Golden Gator bar in December 2018 and got known for wearing an unusual amount of flannel shirts. On Dec 11th, 2018 he went on a date with CassiopeiaHiina.

- He is known for wearing a lot of flannel. Like wearing a flannel shirt while having another flannel shirt tied across his waist, flannel cap, flannel pants and further garments featuring flannel...
- When asked about Scuffed WiFi he's answered that the character is dead.
- He was very eager to ask Chipz for an autograph when he first met him.
