The Hoppou Empire is the first Quest compatible Hoppou raiding community created in September 2020 by MINNINGking, Blakey_kun, and Given Athor. It is specialized in Hoppou raids, but an important notion is that it focuses on being 'Quest' compatible, most other Hoppou communities have less focus on the quest side, or separate quest into their own separate activities.

The Empire Neko Hoppou
The Hoppou Empire is represented by their colors: Black, White, and Green.
Also represented in majority by their Neko Hoppou Avatars. But also by the original Hoppou avatar, split in half by Black and White colors. The Hoppou Empire Quest Hub also has different hoppou avatars, all are the result of collaborations of several content creators. All are of course Quest compatible.
Raids, but "performance friendly"[]

The main goal of Hoppou Empire is to make the Hoppou raids the same on quest and PC. Members would meet several times a week to conduct raids in public instances of VRchat. They do not talk while in a public instance, they gather around people and stare until someone's curiosity shows. After several minutes, the raid leader can speak and explain to the people present what just happened. Unlike other hoppou groups at the time, empire dose not have the targets convert to a Hoppou avatar as part of the initiation/raid. The goal is to have a good time and cause some fun chaos for everyone to enjoy.
But what makes the raid different from other communities is that everyone wears the same avatar, which is previously chosen by the raid leader. This is because of performance issues on Quest. Since everyone wears the same avatar, only one instance of it is loaded in the user's VRAM , which considerably reduces the graphic load.
The Hoppou language[]
Since Quest users did not have access to a Discord call in the earlier days of VRChat, in order to organize themselves during a raid, the community has found an ingenious way to communicate during a raid. Here is a unofficial lexicon, more or less indicative of some of the translation of their secret code language: A Poi poi indicates a Portal Drop, a very long Poiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeee means a respawn or even PoyieEEee? can means a crasher.

They are very active and notable members, they represent the community by themselves.
Quest user reputation[]
It is true that since the implementation of the Android platform, the number of VRChat users has exploded, making VR accessible to all, including the youngest population, which has given way to a bad reputation for their users. It should also be noted that creating an avatar or world compatible with quest is a more difficult task.
Other activities[]
The Hoppou Empire also does Games Nights and Movie Nights that take place in and out of Vrchat.
HE also has a sister community called Abyssal Combine Empire focused more on Roleplay as opposed to Hoppou raids.
