Hermann Falk is a character portrayed by Nighthawk71 as part of the Imperial Waifu Army lore. He is a Human/Common Nighthawk-mix Male born and raised on July 2, 1898, from a family of dock workers from Königsberg, Prussia during his early years. He joined the Imperial Waifu Army during the 1920's, and rose up the ranks over a period of time, eventually reaching Reichminister before his retirement around the 1930's/1940's.
