Gustavo "Ranger" Gusman is an augmented human who owns the shop in The Undercitys water district. He's a decker who recently arrived on Hellion on the run from Shometsu corp, harboring extremely classified information on them.
In search of more information, not just on Shometsu but those of other corps and the "corpo" affiliated, he's hoping to eventually incite some change by releasing everything to the public before he dies. He currently has to settle with hiding in the shadows for now.[1]
