He lead an attack into Callous Row as a response to the robberies of previous Mars corporate escorts through the region. Going there his task was to retrieve the leader figure apparently in charge of the slummers and bring him to justice.
The assault on the row was eventually halted when a representative of the TALARIS Corporation named Kei Noriaki intervened and made a deal with the general, selling out their secrets for a bribe.
