"Free Lag Box" is a parody map created by Roflgator intended to be the opposite of the map "Lag Free Box", its antithesis so to speak.
The goal of the map is to contain a ridiculous amount of challenging performance objects, particles and effects while still being playable and somewhat usable. Just the right amount of Lag - all for free!
The map contains a giant statue or effigy of himself, according to him it's there for visitors to worship.
History[]
It was uploaded first on May 12th, 2019 when Roflgator made it public, he proceeded to invite as many people as possible in order to observe the results.
On June 12th 2019, he invited some new friends including KidneyDeer, Speca and more players over, tricking them that he was genuinely showing off a normal map that he had made.
Almost a year later another go on May 12th 2020, Roflgator invited all his friends to join him...
Trivia[]
- The map has very loud ongoing thunder and lightning storms.
- Roflgator claims that it contains the largest mirror so far in VRChat. To offer that good lag which you require.
- Although making it intense, Roflgator still had 60 fps occasionally when being alone there, possibly thanks to his GTX 2080 TI. (Micro-stuttering was still present though)
- After the Roflgator Beach Episode inviting the seemingly depressed ShimmyTimmyJerry seemed to cheer them up again.
