Who is Officer Finn?[]
Intelligence Officer Finn is a Field Officer in the Cross-Allied Forces Intelligence Collection Department (ICD) who arrived at Cari Town after Mayor Aima requested aid with a local bandit issue, to take account of the fledgling settlement and bring it further into the CAF fold following the occupation of Ascension Academy, it's sponsor. In that time he also began investigating matters relating to The Darkness that were uncovered, aiding the town in unraveling these issues while keeping the majority of them in the dark as to their true nature, and reporting his findings back to the CAF.

Finn is a fire affinity mage, he is mostly seen using fire evocation spells when combating. He has a lot of knowledge on magic and runes identifying the darkness runes found at the sewers on Cari at first glance and later on deconstructing them to dispel the spell.
