Experimenting on themselves for several years Victoria tried different animal genetics, mostly failing until there came a point where one too many "testers" caused an adverse reaction to their genetic makeup. Their human DNA was overcome by the canine DNA they were experimenting with. Trying all of these drugs and genetic mutations they became addicted and started to steal drugs from their other coworker's projects. This made Avalon demote them to work in The Row medical clinic.[1]
