Who is Coretta?[]
Coretta is a halfling student transferred to Ascension Academy at the middle of year 3.
History[]
Coretta Adelise Fanette d'Esmeraude is the fourth-born granddaughter of the Viscountess of Esmeraude, a viscounty of Esperia. She strove for achievements from a young age and, being the only one in her family adept at magic, was expected to become an officer of the Esperian military.
Coretta visited Ascension with her classmates as part of the tournament set up between schools. Coretta was part of the Light squad in the Geo Magic Arts Academy and participated in the Cross Core Competition held at Ascension Academy, becoming the class president of the group.
There, she learned of the secrets Ascension Academy was hiding, and the gravity of the situation with the darkness. It was then that she decided to enroll at Ascension Academy.
Coretta's goals at AA are to help organize people, gain training in battle tactics, and learn more about the world so that she can return home and spread that knowledge to her peers.

- The flowers in her hair are actually silk replicas of the blue emerald rose, the symbol of her hometown of Esmeraude.
