Cece is one of the many content creators of VRChat, famous for her scantily clad dragon woman avatar. She dances, and more importantly, breaths fire.

- Her dragon model is one of the more original (everyone else is either a Kanna, Touhrou, or Lucao.)
- She is also the only dragon to actively part take in the Neko Sister's Neko Nights.
- Cece has gone through several design changes as a character and even developed a male version of the character.
- They were invited to join the VSW and enjoys hanging out with them and playing games.
- Secretly a fan of the Hololive VTuber Coco Kiryu and wishes one day to do an Eastern Dragon meets a Western Dragon style collab.
- Recently, to VTube, Cece has become a male Dragon. And at random points, he'd be joined by a guest playing as his female side from 'a different universe'.
- As of Zentreya leaving to join VShojo along side other Vtubers, Cece was deemed the leader of VSW.
