Drow or "Dark Elves" in VRChat borrow some lore inspired from their Forgotten Realms and Dungeons and Dragons[1] counterpart but are mostly unique depending on the setting in the roleplay they are portrayed. Drow in Fractured Thrones have separate lore compared to their Ascension Academy counterpart.
