AstrixZ Luxvoid Chromalune (a.k.a AstrixZVR , 艾栗子 on Chinese social media platforms, or エートリックス to her Japanese Audience) is a Rainbow Themed, iridescent hued, VRC Content Creator who has changed her content over the years. In 2023, AstrixZ was mainly involved in the VRChat Photographer Community, in 2024 she migrated over to the Short Form Content Sphere, and In 2025, she began her main focus on streaming on twitch & highlighting VRChat Festivals, working with them as an Ambassador or Social Media Advertiser (Virtual Market Video Creator & Ambassador , METAFES Ambassador, Projekt: Community, etc.) and has been around since late 2020.
Her primary ambition is to use her platform as a form of comfort, relatability and entertainment for the people watching, as well as a place whereby she can highlight the many aspects of the Metaverse through VRChat outside of the normal content seen on YouTube. She wants to show the world that VRChat is more than just Trolling Videos, Drama Content and memes, and that there is more to the Social VR Site that benefits it's users. She also fully embraces Virtual Fashion, Uniqueness & Individuality for her members in her Community.
Her community, Omega By AstrixZ, was created mainly for players over the age of 18 to hang out, meet up in game and make friends as well as hang out with her during planned live-stream events, but has transformed and found it's identity as VRChat's Leading Fashion Community for the English Community - A place where people can join fun and explorative events while dressing up in virtual fashion to fit specific themes and more.

History and Biography[]
Life Before VR Chat[]
AstrixZ was a freelancer from the age of 15, trying to make a living from art commissions, Real Life photography jobs and more. None really took off as she had planned. Once she was 18, she entered University to study Game Programming. She was inspired by games such as NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams and the Sonic Franchise alongside Creators like Yuji Naka and Toby Fox, and she was determined to gain the knowledge needed to become an Indie Game Developer. By profession, she is a Game Developer.
First Steps Into VR Chat[]
Joining the fray, AstrixZ was given a hand-me-down Quest 2 from one of her relatives. Her first instinct when obtaining the device was to hop into the Virtual World of VRChat. Her introduction to VRChat stemmed from YouTube content, including the era of Ugandan Knuckles.
Finding Her Place[]
AstrixZ often felt alone in the VRChat world. She did not fit in most places and it was difficult for her to make long lasting friends. Around the end of 2021, she met VisionVR, the Founder of The Sanctuary, whom invited her to join his community. Within The Sanctuary, AstrixZ found many Veteran VRChat users who educated her about the game's history. During this time, she began to practice Voice Acting after being inspired by Vision's ability to sound like familiar characters
Overtime, around the Middle of 2022, the original group she had been with had a falling out. She left The Sanctuary after collective social conflicts, beginning to experiment on her solo journey with multiple forms of media, including VTubing and doing Let's Play Streams on Twitch. However, as before, nothing stayed on track for long.
The Incline[]
During this period, AstrixZ discovered VRChat Creators through the popular social media platform, Instagram. She had previously attempted to leverage Instagram to promote her Art during her freelance endeavors, although without significant traction. However, with the inception of her VRC Instagram Account, she marked the commencement on March 9th, 2023.
Subsequently, she embarked on a journey of consistency, meticulously uploading a sequence of three images daily, curated in a rainbow-themed pattern to invoke an aesthetic allure. She had also created her community, Omega, within this duration. Utilizing her astute understanding of the Instagram Algorithm, she celebrated a remarkable milestone on June 23rd, 2023, as she joyously amassed a thousand followers within a span of three months from the inception date. At this juncture, AstrixZ solidified her resolve to curate content that resonates with her audience's preferences and aspirations. She also reached a thousand on TikTok on August 21st, 2023, 2 months after creating the account (June 24th, 2023).
Short Form Content[]
After effectively laying the foundation of her community, AstrixZ ventured into crafting short-form videos (popularly known as TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels) in 2023. Despite being in her second year of university during this creative journey, her content creation schedule exhibited occasional irregularity. Juggling academic commitments and content production brought about considerable stress. However, these creative endeavors held a dual purpose in her life. Beyond offering entertainment to her audience, they also served as an outlet, complementing her stress relief efforts alongside her virtual photography pursuits on Instagram.

Since then, she has had no further interest on instagram and has begin losing followers due to her inconsistent uploads. Her decision to migrate to Twitter (X) from instagram stemmed from the large change instagram had on the platform in late 2024, and that most of her friends were now on X .
VR Festival Involvement[]
AstrixZ began involving herself in more active parts of VR during the end of 2024, when she began feeling like her short form content had no real meaning outside of the re-used audio tiktoks and reels that people have re-made a million times over. She needed to find something worth doing in VR outside of meaningless comedy shorts. surpassing 10,000 followers on Instagram and establishing herself as a recognizable short-form content creator. Despite this success, she became disillusioned with the short-form creator scene, citing a toxic, highly competitive atmosphere and a lack of genuine community. This prompted her to gradually distance herself from the space by the end of the year.
In early 2025, AstrixZ experimented with a video diary series, sharing daily reflections on her emotional state. Although the project resonated with some viewers, it was paused after 16 entries due to creator burnout. She has hinted at revisiting the concept in a future update video, particularly during her return to short-form content for VR festivals.
During this period, AstrixZ shifted her focus toward streaming. After becoming a Twitch Affiliate in 2024, she began investing in long-form content on Twitch and YouTube, platforms she found more sustainable and supportive both creatively and financially. Unlike TikTok and Instagram, where monetization requires high follower thresholds, Twitch offered her immediate growth potential and community engagement.
This first brought her to Projekt : Community in hopes to exhibit her community: Omega By AstrixZ , with the goal of finding more likeminded people that looked for a group welcoming of VRChat users of any rank and experience, with fashion and adventure on the side. She made quite the impression after streaming the entirety of PJKT Fest 2024 ( 10 Livestreamed VODS ) , meeting staff members and other community leaders, who have now become lifelong friends.
During PJKT Fest 2024, AstrixZ applied to be a Video Collaborator for Virtual Market as she wanted to aid the festival with her Short form content experience. Once she was onboarded, she proceeded to create 53 Short Videos covering the entirety of Virtual Market Summer 2024. This gave her the opportunity to prove to the large festival companies and organizations that she was serious in participating as a creator to help promote more of the positives in VR.
She also became increasingly active in the VR festival scene, participating as an ambassador, video creator, and exhibitor. Her consistent involvement and promotion of events earned her recognition and respect within the community. While she experienced challenges with certain individuals in the short-form space—some of whom continued to seek desperate visibility within festival circles—AstrixZ chose not to engage in drama. Instead, she focused on fostering healthy, collaborative connections that align with her values.

With her connections, she supports the Metaverse Degen Network as an outsource connection for their podcast episodes, and she became directly associated with the network on July 2025, bringing new creative individuals and groups in to be further interviewed in the form of digital media. Outside of content creation, AstrixZ has show prowess in creating her own collection of virtual clothes using her proficiency in Blender and Unity. There is no news about if she will ever publish her outfits for public use outside of her own, however, she does have a shop called "Iridesse by AstrixZ" that is planning to sell virtual items and goods affordably for other fashion enjoyers.

- Her Chinese alias, "艾栗子" (Ài Lì Zǐ), meaning "Lovely Chestnut," pays homage to her avatar's distinctive bob haircut resembling a chestnut.
